Musubi with ground beef and Korean Pickled Cucumber
I like using leftovers in musubi when possible, it's a nice change up from my go to Spam Musubi :-).

Ingredients
- Cooked rice Pressure cook Brown and White rice for lower carbs / Helpful Hacks | Cooking with Aloha, Texas Style (cooking-with-aloha-texas-style.com)
- Leftover ground beef Thai Basil Cilantro Green Onion (Ground) Beef Rolls / Beef / Recipes | Cooking with Aloha, Texas Style (cooking-with-aloha-texas-style.com)
- Leftover Spicy Sesame Chili Oil Cucumber / Sides / Recipes | Cooking with Aloha, Texas Style (cooking-with-aloha-texas-style.com)
- Musubi mold
- Nori (seaweed) optional
Directions
- Use plastic wrap to line the musubi mold.
- Place fresh cooked rice in musubi mold and press.
- Add ground beef.
- Remove liquid from cucumber by squeezing on a towel or it will get messy.
- Add rice to cover filling and firmly press the mold.
- Release from the mold and wrap with nori if preferred.
- Wrap each musubi while warm with plastic wrap.
