It is a scenic drive to Eglin to enjoy the comfort food of smoked meats.  The Cowabanga sandwich was overflowing with beef brisket, sausage and grilled onions with a side of mac and cheese.  The Texas Hot Pepper Sauce reminded me of Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water with similar vinegar tang and just enough heat from the peppers. 

Bonus it is dog friendly on the outside patio and will bring the dogs next time and will try the daily special.
