Nothing better than a weeknight date that serves a HUGE beef rib that's been smoked, deep fried and covered in a creamy gravy.  This is the perfect meal to share.  The beef is so tender, it easily pulls away from the bone.  We had this a few years ago and this seems so much bigger and meatier!  The Pime Rib is looking like another weeknight date night!

We are spoiled to have a few BBQ places that put out such good food locally where the lines aren't crazy and can always count on having a happy belly when we leave. This is one of our favorite places for BBQ.
