We love Stretch The Noodle and tasted their spicy and flavorful noodles when they first opened at the South Fork Food Truck Park off Hwy 29 before word got out.  The #4 hand stretched noodles were filling as well as the mini dumplings.  There are enough tables under the shade to enjoy.  It also reheats well at home if it gets too crowded.  Those noodles are so good and can really taste every ingredient and bonus when the customer service is served with smiles.
