We were lucky to make a popup for this Vietnamese Texas BBQ in Houston.  The Sausage Sensi was there with his offerings, too.  We ordered ahead so we didn't miss out on the pork and beef ribs, sausages and broken rice hash.  Bonus, the location is dog friendly, and our newest addition from Waco Humane Society didn't embarrass us.  Check their website for the next popup.
