Kimchi Spam Fried Rice Balls
When I didn't have nori to wrap the rice, it turned into fried rice balls and plastic wrap to save the day. No recipe measurements needed, adjust to what is on hand and taste preference.
Ingredients
- Leftover rice
- Spam, chopped
- Kimchi, chopped
Directions
- Fry Spam over medium heat about 3 minutes
- Add rice and kimchi
- Form into balls, about a tablespoon size and squeeze tight for rice to hold together (or just eat as is)
- Use plastic wrap to make the rice balls portable.
