Cuantos Tacos lives up to the reputation of being authentic as they were featured Taco Mafia | Austin PBS, KLRU-TV .  They are located in a food truck park in south Austin with just enough trucks not to overwhelm me with too many choices.  The tacos look like the picture and a nice way to try new flavors.  Really enjoyed the brisket, beef cheek and pork tacos, the others were good too, but the balance of spices, cook of the proteins and freshness of the salsas were on point!  We enjoyed our tacos under the shade and shared our picnic table with a lady from Hutto and her friend visiting from North Carolina.
