Fischer - Boudin & Gumbo Festival

This is a fun drive to eat a lot of boudin and gumbo at the 'Oldest Dive Bar in Texas! Devil's Backbone Tavern (devilsbackbonetavern.com) The event seems to be held early spring.  It's great to talk with these cooks who love their craft and sharing it with us.
