Beef Broccoli with extra Garlic and Black Pepper
We grew up on lots of frozen vegetables and didn't have fresh broccoli for this dish until I moved to the mainland! This dish tastes great both ways, especially since it is a quick weeknight meal with rice for 4.
This is spicier than most recipes with the extra ginger and black pepper, adjust to taste.
