We checked out this new Cajun food truck @parishbarbecue with friends who grew up in Louisianna and gave it their seal of approval! The fried pisotelette roll with a Tabasco honey butter was a first for us and understand there's many variations to it. Reminded me of a donut that has melted spicy butter on the top, yum! The sides were pretty special too, like the pimento mac and cheese and potato salad. The BBQ is done perfectly pork ribs, sausage and pulled duck! Need to save room next time for the @batchatx for the kolaches for coffee and dessert, we took some home. Such a great combination of comfortable atmosphere, SHADE, lots of picnic tables and tasty food choices make for a perfect Austin eating experience.
