Cantonese Sweet & Sour Pork

This old Cantonese dish was one of Mom’s favorite dinners to make, comes together in an hour including marinating time.  Titus Chan made Cantonese cooking at home uncomplicated with Hawaii pantry ingredients.

What amazing talent and found a bit of history with PBS Pau Hana Years Julia Child and Titus Chan https://video.pbshawaii.org/video/pbs-hawaii-presents-pau-hana-years-hulihee-palace-uqx8f7/

I added the Texas Whataburger Spicy ketchup, it’s a nice update to the recipe.
