What a fun place to stop and enjoy a taste of Louisiana.  We had the regular and pepper jack boudin balls, couldn't decide which was better, although the pepper jack was bigger, and both were SOOO good.  Should have ordered more of the chicken crackins, so craveable with the crunch and spice.  The market had a huge selection of prepared meats, some we weren't familiar with like alligator. So many choices to go back and try.
