This was a great find for us in Pflugerville! MAIN: Home - Barbecue In Pflugerville | Pflugerville Barbecue | Brotherton's Black Iron Barbecue It was one of the towns we considered moving to before we ended up in Liberty Hill. We love the menu and have had full bellies every time we rolled out. They bring in guest cooks and this weekend they had the Sausage Sensei and Winnie, the winner of Barbeque Brawl and Harry Soo who we first saw in the reruns of BBQ Pitmasters.
The place is inviting and suggest ordering whatever the special is, it's going to be good. We had an order of all the sausages in addition to the regular sides.
