We enjoy the special menu offerings that Interstellar's guest chefs present. Don Nguyen, known from Houston's Masters of 'Cue, drew us to drive there just for his pop ups, and we were thrilled he visited Austin. The pork ribs, chicken, sausage, and crepe were all superbly seasoned. We were reminded of how delightful Interstellar's sides are and happy we chose the scalloped potatoes to counteract the spiciness of the special dishes. It's a sign of a remarkable event when Texas hospitality extends to offering complimentary beer to those waiting in the summer heat.
