When craving Korean fried chicken, hiwings hits the spot.  The 9-piece dark meat pepper chicken were meaty, spicy enough to taste the flavors.  The pickled daikon was perfect to cut through the spice and the leftover pickled juice was great to wipe fingers.   The garlic parm fries was a nice pairing with the chicken, it was lightly crispy and fluffy inside.  You know it's a place that knows how to deep fry tasty food where they invested in quality ingredients, technology to order at the table and provide excellent service with a small staff.  Excited to go back and try other menu items.
